In the “Flipp’n Fast Food” recipes I will be giving guidelines to meals. I believe recipes are merely guidelines; we should play, experiment, and make food that speaks to our own individual taste. However, I do know the analytical, architectural, engineer types that like to have detailed instructions–so you beautiful people, feel free to email me if “a smidgen, pinch, dab, or handful is too vague.” I will be more than happy to send complete directions.

I got a sample of the Beyond Coastal sunscreen stick at Expo West. I love it! It’s made with shea butter and best of all it doesn’t drip into my eyes.
I will have look it up and try it- we can always use good sunscreen in the desert!
